Here's that daylight flash shot

Here's my final shot (the one I mentioned in the previous post), with Joe McNally directing three flashes on the subject—a Nikon SB800 master on top of the camera, and two slaves, one held low aiming up at the model, and one aiming at her from above, with the reflector on the ground aiming up at her as well.

Considering the light was about as harsh and unflattering as possible, "it ain't bad." Of course it helps if the guy setting up the flashes spent seven years shooting for National Geographic. :)
