There's a new software program out there that will automatically colorize black and white photos for you, with just a little input from you. It's called "Recolored" and basically you take a colored marker and mark over areas you want in a particular color, and it does all the "fill in" automatically. It looks pretty slick (click on the thumbnail here to see an example of how it works), and you can download a free Beta version (PC only) at the Recolored Web site.
