NEWS: Apple's New MacBookPro and Photoshop
Yesterday Steve Jobs unveiled a replacement for Apple's PowerBook line of laptops that is reportedly 4-times faster than existing PowerBooks. But don't run out and place your order thinking Photoshop is going to run 4x faster--it won't. Before Photoshop can take advantage of the new Intel chips in these MacBookPros, it has to be recompiled by Adobe first (which I imagine is highly unlikely that it will happen this year--we'll most likely have to wait for CS3 for that). So, until then Photoshop will run in an emulation mode, which Steve Jobs commented probably wouldn't be fast enough for pros. Just a heads-up to keep you from jumpin' the gun.

Certain characters, like em dashes, are described differently in the Mac and PC universes. This post contains weird boxes where I assume you meant to use em dashes or similar. Perhaps stick to regular dashes when dishing to the interweb.
Technically you can use HTML entities to describe em dashses—see? Groovy!
