From Last Weekend's On Location Portrait Shoot

I did an on location portrait shoot this past Sunday with New York Yankees Second Baseman, Miguel Cairo. The shoot took about one hour, and was done using one Nikon SB 800 flash along with my "Location Lighting Set-up" (the one B&H Photo has put together for me) with its Lastolite Diffusers, stands, and one reflector. I was lucky enough to get Corey Barker (the Photoshop Lad) to assist me at the shoot, so we had the whole thing wrapped up in around 45 minutes start-to-finish. Here's one of my favorites (there's a couple of more photos, so scroll down a little further).

Awesome pics Scott. My friend and I have been messing around with an Alein Bees 800 and love it. I am in the process of getting one myself (so that we can have two). It looks like you shoot a lot with the Nikon SB-800 instead of a regular portrait studio light. Which one do you think works out best?

Amazing Shots. I would love to see more. What an honor to have this Venezuelan Star photographed by Scott Kelby. I'm from Venezuela and we admire both you and Miguel Cairo!

Fantastic pics Scott. Like the other commenters, I'd love to see all your best shots from the day including those of the other players.
