TIP: Better Results From the Extract Filter
When you use the Extract filter to remove a person (or object) from their background, you're better off to NOT drag the extracted person onto a different background. Instead, drag the “new” background into the document with the person, then move the background behind the person in the Layers palette. The reason is, if you do it this way, you can still use the History Brush to fix any drop outs or missing areas in the extracted person that you didn't notice were missing until you add the new background.
