TIP: Turn Your Layers Into Separate Documents

If you've got a file with a number of different layers, you can quickly convert those layers into their own separate documents (actually, you can have Photoshop do all the work for you). This is perfect for instances where you've created layers for slide presentations or signs, etc. Just go under the File menu, under Scripts, and choose Export Layers to Files. A dialog will pop-up (shown here) where you can choose which file format you want for your documents, and other interesting stuff like that.
